1. Isaac¹ Hutto was born Abt. 1695 in Germany, and died August 15, 1752 in Orangeburg, SC. He married Maria Catherina *unknown.

Notes for Isaac Hutto:

Believed to be the first Hutto to emigrate to SC (from Germany or Switzerland). Evidence points to his arrival in Charleston in July, 1735 on the ship "Oliver", along with about 200 other Palatines. Petitioned for and was granted 350 acres of land about 6 miles west of the village of Orangeburg on February 22, 1739. He died on the path to his farm from unknown causes while returning from Orangeburg on August 15, 1752. He was 57 years old and was "buryed at his own plantation".
